Dirty Techniques Effects EQ time?

Trying to make a Bleed Guardian with Atziri Dis as the axe, anyone know if DT will make EQ take even longer?

Yep, it effects all skill durations and EQ's secondary detonation is governed by duration.

Yeah, my necro uses EQ with Disfavour to trigger bleed and it has 30% inc duration on offering passives. Makes it a bit more cumbersome to use but not too much of a dealbreaker, you usually need one good quake to clear the screen, don't need to chain it.
Wish the armchair developers would go back to developing armchairs.
