My consecrated ground - what is the source of it?

Sometimes my character emits consecrated ground(on block I guess). Here are my items

So could anyone please make an educated guess at WTF is causing the aforementioned cons.ground to appear? I can't think of a reason... PS. OMG what the heck? I'm still wearing Wanderlust?? And worst change is putting almost all bosses in new version of maps into fucking small areas, where you can't kite well or dodge stuff. Thank you. Turns out I had wrong idea about Word of Light.
