Can't use wisdom scrolls

As the thread title says, I cannot use wisdom scrolls. Right clicking on the scroll doesn't change the cursor, and left clicking on an unidentified item after right clicking the scroll just picks the item up.



I can right click to use skills and unsocket gems, so I don't know what's up. I searched for other threads reporting the problem, but I just got a few threads with people assuming the reporter is dumb, and no resolution. Already tried restarting, no dice.
