Element, weapon, and damage modifier question

I have questions about using weapon that has different element with attack skills I use. For example, I use Oro's sacrifice and my skill is lightning strike. I want to know if:

1. Dmg from initial hit and projectile will still deal fire damage or not?

2. Will damage modifier from lightning strike gem (i.e. 130% from level 1 gem) apply?

3. Assuming question one and two work, will oro give me frenzy charge if my projectile ignite an enemy?

1. Still fire damage. The only effect elemental attacks have on damage type is exactly what is written on the skill. In Lightning Strike's case 50% of physical damage is converted to lightning, and that's it. All the fire damage from Oro's remains fire damage.

2. Yes, the skill's base damage applies to all damage types.
