Haha yeah I'm proud of that one. Pretty easy to get too considering its gg. Can make your own for a decent price, or just buy a +3 like I did. 20-30ex for endgame caster staff is CHEAP

Nice lb caster build, i didnt realize reduced duration received a % more multipler in 2.2.0.

It looks like they are adding the % more preset on most supports nowaways :P, good to see storm call is now somewhat viable with all these new mods.

But i dont like the indirect buff to EA users with reduced duration support, oh well.

Nice guide. I can confirm that using VBringers with this build does cause subtle mana issues - not terrible.
