[PSA] You can snapshot max power charges

Taken from my reddit post:
So while trying to make Malachai's Loop work in standard I noticed this. Without malachai's loop I have 5 power charges, with it I have 7, if you weapon swap at 6 power charges you keep the 6 power charges until you refresh their duration or they expire. Now this doesn't sound too practical but for an assassin or a Void Battery user an extra power charge goes a long way, and with a Restless Ward you can push power charges past 20 seconds duration so it may not be too clunky to take advantage of this.
