Caustic Arrow + Culling strike

I see there : Culling Strike: The increased damage you get from Culling Strike applies to Cloud damage, but the cloud does not kill enemies instantly when they have less than 10% life. I've tested it, increased damage doesn't apply to cloud damage. i'm not sure is it bug in wiki or in game. Last bumped on Apr 13, 2016, 6:46:04 AM

The poison cloud associated with Caustic arrow does not hit, therefore it can't cull.
If, however, you actually hit a mob with the projectile part of Caustic arrow, it will then cull that mob as long as it meets culling's requirements.
