2.2 voltaxic tornado shot

modified from mathils LA build. I took more defensive options to aid leveling (Phase Acro and +1 end charges)

trying TS to see how it compares to LA and spark

build is still work in progress , but can easily handle rare t12 maps I have rolled so far (haven't got any higher maps to test). Much more potential and min maxing to do.

build notes

using snakebite gloves to add poison to ts since res is capped already. Facebreakers also good if u can afford to drop life and res
Had a lucky skyforth trade so using those to generate pc, Rares are prob better, but if you want to generate pc then a hoi/ass mark setup may be needed
Take all frenzy charges on tree
minimal physical and ele dmg, so vaal pact covers any reflect issues
using high lvl inc dur on IC to give longer invulnerability time
Buffing blood rage with lvl 3 enhance
swapped out slower proj with pierce. does well
dropped the blast rain from the bow, unnecessary with ts. Fill with a trap or vaal skill

Replace Slower Proj with pierce. It will improve both your dps and clear speed. Also, try replacing added lightning with increased crit strikes. The best thing you could do is to get a GGGBBR Lioneye's Vision for free pierce gem. In that case you would use added lightning as well.
