Is Rampart worth it?

Hey, I have a 2h RT cyclone Champion on parandus and was wondering if getting the four nodes in the rampart wheel worth it? The other option was getting to the scion life wheel. Not to sure what would be better, already at 6.6k odd hp and should only go up with better gloves, boots, and few other upgrades. Anyone have any statistics, or perhaps experience with this issue?

Anyway you have to choose between 27% reduction and 24% reduction.
Net gain versus hits is around 4% more effective life.

Let's assume you have 200% life on the tree, to gain the same amount of effective life you would need 8% max life in order to break even with Rampart, less if it's under 200%.

But again, depends on your tree & amount of life you have, the more %increased life you have the better rampart is in value (for every 50% of increased life you have rampart equals 2% max life).

Also fortify works only versus hits, for degen effects (ignite, poison, etc) %life is better.

Right sorry, this is my tree Only 172% max life so far. Ended up getting reduced mana nodes instead because i am too lazy to cast warlords.

I assume you mean reduced mana reservation nodes at templar?

Anyway with 172% life increase Rampart gives the equivalent of 6.88% increased maximum life for 4 points (and some minor DPS boost) so it probably isn't the best idea to get it because you have 4/5% life nodes which you could take (Bloodless & Juggernaut cluster) or you could grab the bloodless 5% nodes + jewel socket.
