is account sharing bannable

I dont think the question was if they care or not. Of coarse they dont care if you play with your family behind same family computer. who cares.. noone does.

They put up a TOS. question is more is account sharing allowed or are you banned if they catch you.

Blizzard dont allow account sharing. example you give your account to another person and he levels it for you when you sleep and work.

Me personally dont care about that stuff.. but question is does GGG care. well it seems they say in the TOS you are not allowed to give password to a third party

maybe GGG is first party
You, friends and family are second party
Other people third party?

Dunno, because they arent making clear what they see as third party. I also dont see any penalties. So this TOS is probably you h ave to agree or you cant play the game. But what happens to you when you break tos it doesnt say

The reason most sites say it isn't allowed is so account stealing isn't prevalent. Account sharing won't ever be enforced or banned for though(unless a moderator account shares).

3rd party here doesnt refer to "friends/family" this is talking about paying someone to say level your account or something. even blizzard doesnt care if you share accounts as ppl do it all the time and post videos of it and never get banned, dont know many ppl who get banned for this since it's so widely common.
third party refers to anyone outside the agreement's two parties (you and the company)
