Does blasphemy count towards 'enemies you cursed'

The Ascendant occultist node gives "Enemies you Curse have -15% Chaos Resistance"
I'm wondering if this includes enemies affected by curses you cast which are supported by blasphemy. I assume it will work fine, but since you didn't 'actively' curse them I'm not 100% sure.
