Question about Flesh/Bone Offering

Hi,
So I have a Necromancer (lvl 52)...always wondered if offerings effect minions that are currently present/alive or does it ALSO effect minions that are cast/summoned AFTER the offering is cast?

I took the ascendancy skill that allows offerings to effect me as well. Great, so a flesh offering will boost my attack/cast speed.

But will that offering also boost SRS minions that are cast AFTER I had cast the flesh offering? Or just the minions that were current out at the time I cast it?

As far as I've observed, it won't. When you cast an offering it will apply an offering buff to all minions that are currently active, those that are summoned afterwards won't have it.
