[2.2] 640k DPS Raider Flicker Strike Build - 3Ex Budget - Super Fun!

[2.2] 640K Flicker Strike - Assassin - 2Ex Cost Range - Fun!

Build Update - 1.1 - Latest Update: 4/9/2016

Hey everyone!
Awhile back right when I was first starting out on PoE I saw a video on Youtube of flicker strike.
While the build looked fun, I also noticed it was really costly. So I decided to pick something more noob friendly. So I went with a Spectral Throw build.
But recently I've had the spare currency and the spare time to setup a Flicker Strike build.
And I must say. This is by far one of the funnest builds I have made, it saddens me that I passed up on it for over a year.
So now I am here to share my experience with you guys!
In no way am I a 'pro' PoE player. I have many flaws when playing. And I don't think this is the best Flicker Strike build out there. I would just hate to make a build like this and now include you guys :)
So Let's get on with it!

Pros:
High DPS
High Sustain
Insane Map Clear
75/65 Dodge Rate
Easy gearing process
And most of all - FUN!

Cons:
Not HC or Atziri Viable
Lower life pool
Can be disorientating
Physical and Elemental reflect is suicide
Not noob friendly

Bandits:
Normal: Oak for Life
Cruel: Skill point
Merciless: Kraityn for Frenzy Charge

Ascendancy: Raider
In order: Way of the Poacher -> Avatar of the Slaughter -> Rapid Assault

Taking Trickster might actually be a more efficient choice for Flicker Strike.
Walk the Aether -> Swift Killer -> Ghost Dance

With the Trickster Ascendancy you'll be able to cast both Whirling Blades and Flicker Strike free of mana. No mana nodes or mana leech nodes would be needed from tree allowing you to obtain 7-11 more nodes. Also 5% more dodge chance.

Will make a Guide to the Trickster variant of the build.

Leveling
I'm not the best at leveling, this crap takes me hours upon hours to level. My general advice that I did for this build got me to level 66 in roughly 6-9 Hours maybe? (Yes 6-9) I used Frost Blades with Added Fire early on and dual daggers with high phys roles. I switched over to flicker once I got melee splash and multistrike. I found the lack of Frenzy Charge generation rough, so I waited until I got blood rage and The Blood Dance boots. Upon entering cruel I updated my gear, costed roughly 5c. Bought facebreakers as quickly as I could.

Offensive Priorities:
% Physical Damage ->
% Critical Multi ->
% Critical Chance ->
Flat Added Physical Damage

Defensive Priorities:
Life ->
Capped Resist on Merciless ->
Evasion ->
Chaos Resistance

Gems In Priority Order:
Main Damage:
Flicker Strike -> Multistrike -> Melee Splash -> Added Fire Damage -> Melee Physical Damage -> Increased Critical Strike Damage (Best DPS)/Life Gain on Hit (Survivability)/Weapon Elemental Damage (2nd best dps)

Auras:
Hatred -> Blasphemy -> Assassin's Mark for DPS/Warlord's Mark for survivability

Mobililty:
Frenzy -> Whirling Blades -> Faster Attacks

CWDT Setup 1:
CWDT (13) -> Immortal Call (15) -> Summon Ice Golem (15) -> Increased Duration

CWDT Setup 2:
CWDT (11) -> Molten Shell (16) -> Ball Lightning (14) -> Blind

Buffs:
Blood Rage -> Vaal Haste -> Vaal Grace -> Increased Duration

Okay so when it comes to uniques there really is only one that you should get. But, there are a ton that help.

Uniques
The only one you really need.

If you just want to increase your dps by a ton and don't really care about surviving, Abyssus is great for that!

For Boots another option would be Darkray Vectors, but I find the lack of charge generation and movespeed rather than damage weak in a way.

For belts there is really only one option, but I just advise getting a high life and triple resist belt instead.

For gloves a cheap pair of facebreakers is good for the Crit Multi. Don't worry about Maligaro's, The high crit multi from facebreakers will be more beneficial than more attack speed and critical chance.

For weapons there is really only one option which is Bino's. However this is not needed at all. You could pick up a cheaper high dps dagger for around 1-5c range.

For flask I highly recommend Lion's Roar. This is the perfect flask to use mid flicker strike.

The other flask that I recommend, but not as strong. Is Atziri's Promise. This gives you enough sustain at times to not have to panic flask.

If you have the spare currency and really enjoy this build. Taste of Hate is a great potion.

For chest Belly of the Beast is great to make up for the lack of health.
Lightning coil is also great but hard to mantain resist without spending alot of currency.
