Ascendancy class blocking skill nodes

I noticed that my Berserker skill tree is blocking off a bunch of nodes in my skill tree because it's overlapping them. Specifically it's blocking off the entire Constitution block of health nodes. I'm just wondering if this is intentional or merely oversight.

There is a small arrow to collapse it. It's small and hard to see if you don't know it's there.

Mate, you saved my day. This damn arrow is pretty bad positioned; shame on the UI designer.
