Consecrated Ground too much life regen?

I recently got the glove enchantment word of light which creates consecrated ground when you receive a crit. I noticed that I am healing for WAY more than the 4% that it says on the skill. I normally have 877.5 life per second, but when I'm on the consecrated ground it goes up to 1635.2. I have 5374 life.
Normal life regen
On consecrated ground
 The consecrated ground is giving me 1635.2 - 877.5 = 757.7 life per second. It is as if the life regen gained is 757.7 / 5374 = .14099 or around 14.1%. What the heck is going on here? Is this a bug? Last bumped on Mar 28, 2016, 6:11:06 PM
