Public party in hideout visible??

If you create a party in highgate merc, is it visible for other players there if you go to your hideout?

which town and difficulty does it show in though? since the hideout is "normal" difficulty.

" i think it always uses the party board where it was created as party members are allowed to switch into other difficulties after they joined the party too. age and treachery will triumph over youth and skill!
