How can i know what the max rolls are on items?

For example i got a Necromancer Silks(energy shield chest lvl59) and i wanna use alteration orbs on it for a high %increased energy shield. But i dont know what the max is. Is there any spreadsheet or something like that for this?

but how can i know which ones belong to my chest?

You take the highest corresponding one, if you alter the item, it can roll any of them up to the cap opposed by the ilvl.
