Can't reset scion's ascendancy tree

I can't reset the passive point even if i have some points and refund points left.

Please help fast :c

Don't forget that the second step into any Ascendancy for the Scion gives you a free passive skillpoint.

If you want to forget that Ascendancy point you must first refund one other passive skillpoint from your skilltree.

It sure looked like a bug before I found out about it. Working as intended though.

The actual real problem here is it takes 5 Refund Points to remove one point from the Ascendancy tree making this not a bug but working as intended also keep in mind what Luke said:
