Curses max in party
|
If both of my friend and I have a ring to increase the amount of curses on an enemy is the max of curses 3. If so what is the range on that? Do we just need to be in the same section?
Also which curse gets kicked out the older one? and what if 2 curses were put in the same time? And if I block an enemy with punishment did I get hit, do I get the buff? Or block means u don't get hit? Last bumped on Mar 24, 2016, 6:11:05 PM

The amount of curses will stack, and yes you will have be in the same radius of said curses to take effect, so you could have 6 curses on 1 enemy, provided that they're all different (I don't think there's 6 curses cbf counting).
I'm not sure about this, I think it goes of either 2 ways. The new curse kicks out the first curse. OR The highest leveled curse will have effect over lower level curses. Punishment says you will have a buff when you take a hit. When you block or evade, you are not getting hit. It shouldn't work unless GGG is running technicality that you DID get hit (on the shield). Disclaimer: next are my thoughts on the mechanics, and no, i'm not sure myself.
" Are you totally sure about that? Because when there are "regular" 2 people in party, their "normal limitation" of "enemies\1 curse only" don't stack at all. Monsters can still have only 1 curse either from player A or player B, and not 2 curses from both players (1+1). So, in the OP's case, monsters can be affected either by 2 curses from player A or by 2 curses from player B or by 1 curse from player A + 1 curse from player B. " trick is in the word''additional'' it does not say ''now enemy can have two curses'' 2 + x additional = 3 + x additional = 4 => I feel pretty, Oh, so pretty, I feel pretty, and witty and gay, And I pity Any girl who isn’t me today! Last edited by CAKE#4700 on Mar 24, 2016, 5:21:03 AM

" Can you have more than 6 curses on an enemy if you have multiple party members increasing the amount of curses the enemy can have? |
|
" Not for long. |
|
" what do you mean, not for long? |

If you have six curses on an enemy with six party members and it's not dead yet, you're really bad at playing this game.

I think the whole premise is wrong. Curses don't stack like that. The last player to curse the monster has his max curses apply. Somebody with only 1 curse will overwrite somebody with 4 curses. If it stacked you'd see 6 curses on every monster in a coordinated party of 6.
Unless somebody has a screenshot showing monsters with multiple player's curses stacking. I've never seen that and i've been playing in parties for 3 years. It's why a multicursor hates playing with somebody using an item that applies a single curse. His 4 curses with lots of curse effect get replaced by 1 curse with minimal curse effect. " Yeah, right... And now please re-read OP again. In short, he asks, "will the monsters have THREE curses if HE and HIS FRIEND both have ONE Doedre's ring"? Answer is (probably) NO. Monsters could be affected by either 2 curses from player A or 2 curses from player B (or maybe 1+1) BUT NOT by THREE curses at once. Curses don't "stack" like that in party. Am i wrong?
