Lioneye's Vision

So I just saw Mathil's video and it made me realize that the pierce support gem now give MORE projectile damage to any projectile skill (even if it already has 100% pierce).

This means that Lioneye's Vision body armor gives a 7th link which gives 24% MORE projectle damage.

That is A LOT of extra damage to any projectile skill.

Is anyone using this armor at all or its still not worth it?

It was always a decent chest, however it has one major drawback which is still in effect - it's a STR chest which means coloring it for most projectile skills is a goddamn nightmare.

You'll see the chest as one of the recommended options for uniques in many guides.

It gives projectiles a redic damage boost but the drawback is that it offers very little in the way of defenses and is completely useless for builds that want to chain (kinetic blast and LA).

I had one with 5 off colors but ultimately sold it because I do not want to deal with the game's insane phys damage scaling in higher level maps so I stuck with coil.
