Righteous Fire Radius Enchantment doesn't work with RF totems

Hi,

I was very disappointed today after my shiny new RF radius helmet didn't do anything for my RF totems. I made a video to show the wrong behaviour: https://gfycat.com/GrimDesertedGoat

In the video I switch two inc aoe gems that differ in 8% radius. The change in actual RF radius should be the same when equipping / unequipping my helmet, but is is not. The RF radius on the helmet does not affect the RF totem radius at all.

To exclude this beeing a "rounding" problem of the radius like this reddit post (https://www.reddit.com/r/pathofexile/comments/40zwil/science_bladevortex_and_why_you_shouldnt_trust/) with blade vortex radius visualization. I also tried this with a Kuduku. Totem radius right before Kuduku's godly roots, then equipping helmet. No change in radius, Kuduku doesn't take damage.

When equipping / unequipping the helmet the radius tooltip and in character sheet -> RF -> misc changes, but the visible RF totem radius does not change.

I consider this to be a bug. Otherwise, GGG, is this intended?
