And what about OP's question, Mark? Is it currently possible to get that +50% enchants or they will be available in future patches only? Or they were a bait for dataminers, so not at all?

And worst change is putting almost all bosses in new version of maps into fucking small areas, where you can't kite well or dodge stuff. What a terrible idiot invented that I want say to him: dude flick you, seriously flick you very much.

It's not 'lazily' done. The purpose of the randomness is so that completely UNIQUE items can be produced. It's not meant to create items that are perfect for YOU or your build. You can even find weird combinations that allow for builds to be build around that item.

Otherwise enchants would just be a much too easy to acquire power boost.
