The increased radius effect works on totems, but they're not generating the power charges on kill. Intended?

IIRC the only charges a totem can gain is End charges. Totems have an inherent max of 0 frenzy and 0 power charges.

So yes, intended.

The Totems should be granting Power/Frenzy Charges to their allies (and thus, the player), is the thing. That's how other on-Kill effects work with Totems/Traps/Mines.

I've done further testing; it's working with flame totem, but not with righteous fire spell totem.

Ah, my misunderstanding of the question then. I thought he meant the totems themselves.

Hahaha. Yeah. Kills through Damage over Time are assigned to the character, so the on-Kill effect triggers for you, not the totem!

But shouldn't my party members still get the charges regardless if it's me or the totem? Cause they're not receiving any.

Ahh, curious. Yeah, it should.
I'm adding to this because there's something fishy going on here:

Tested with shockwave totem: The shockwave totem generates Frenzy charges for my character on hit (as I'm an ally of the totem) - however it does NOT generate power charge on kill.

The same still happens with Flame Totem (generates Frenzy charges for my character but NOT power charges).
