The skilltrees has been broken on ALL builds moving in the area of the changed section of the tree (around shadow start).

This has now been sorted. Pardon any confusion this has caused!

I was also confused, but once I found out that he also wrote:

"1x Witchfire Brew - be weary of your curse applications on enemies with this flask, you want to get a second curse running this. If not, replace it with another utility flask"
The flask "Grants Level 21 Despair Curse Aura during Flask Effect"

So with the flask its two in total.

Update after 24 hour of Incursion:

This is my first league start I could play a long time from the beginning of a league (startet with PoE in Abyss half a year ago).
I got to level 81 and ranked at #61 of the trickster accencency after 24 hour. It was so much fun!
If I had known this in advance, I would have stopped messing around with incursion mechanism as it slows you down (if you want to go really fast).

Anyhow, this is a great league starter as my budget was very small:
- Allelopathy (5 chaos + 2 alch)
- Tabula Rasa divination card - 4 x 2 chaos = 8 chaos
- Rest of the gear 1 alch - max 2 chaos.

During the last hour I got to buy two exalted orb from the profit I made from selling and farming. So this is a good way to start a league :) Could probably do a lot better, but still much to learn.

PS: I could not race against Nedieth who is to strong, but next league. Watch out!

Is ED+Contagion still viable in Incursion? I've heard chaos/poison has been nerfed pretty hard, and that make sme somewhat nervous

I got to level 81 in 24 hours and made a lot of currency during the process because ED+Contagion is a great and cheap league starter. So it's "viable".

What's your definition on being "viable" so I can get you a better answer?

Hi. I am not able to chech if the PoB is updated. But the links is updated! See in the guide:

Hi, is it endgame viable? Because 60k dps is... well, is not impressive.
I am level 43 now (after normal lab) and I have huge problems with Vaal temple. Mobs are too powerful.
