Cadiro: Does the zone level affected his offers?

Hi,
I have a question about the zone level and the uniques sold by Cadiro: For example can I get a Voll's Devotion and a Headhunter in a lvl 60 zone? Or are this items linked to a higher zone/item level? Last bumped on Mar 18, 2016, 12:55:27 PM

I don't believe we have had official confirmation on this, but so far speculation is that these high end drop restricted items can only be sold in maps since the item levels of such items listed for sale on poe.trade are all 68+

What he sells is based on the zone level. In low levels he only sells low level Uniques, generally for very cheap, and currencies and such (low pool of options.)

ive bought some higher currency from him early on
i notice with rare jewelry the price seems to scale with the item level |

" u can find any currency before entering first town, so thats no point. i found cardio selling me items, which had item abse requirements higher than the zone lvl I was in, also my character lvl was == zonelvl. I'm pretty sure he sells exa quite early (normal ?).

Maybe what he sells is based on Difficulty? So in Normal he'd only sell Items with requirement up to Level 40, etc.
