For a witch build, does the combo Cold Steel jewel + Frost Walker passive effectively grant 15% reduction to physical damage? If so, this is a no-brainer, insanely huge for a pure ES build,
about 28% total physical reduction with artic armour (yes multiplicative stack, still the result is similar to additionnal at this range) Does it work? Last bumped on Mar 15, 2016, 11:33:01 AM

It works only with "Damage", wording is important. Resistances are not affected.

It not only applies exclusively to Damage, but it also only applies to Increases and Reductions. Resistance modifiers are neither; they are additions. Both of these factors are clearly stated in the description :P

I see, i got confused by the wording, as reduction to physical or cold damage in the tree does not exist to my knowledge, so I though it was refering to resistances.
