Question about labs

If you wait until you're powerful like lvl 75 or so and do just merciless lab do you get all 6 points or do you have to do cruel and normal too?

If you are in the new league you have to do all three. Existing characters in other leagues are being given 2 or 4 points if you are in cruel or merciless respectively, so you may be able to do it just once for them.

going to be dependent on your build, gear, play style, level of mental retardation, whether or not you buff izaro, etc. you could be level 60 with 500 health and get one shot.

since there isn't really a rush, you can wait as long as you want. across the first few characters i made, i think i waited until i was at least out of normal difficulty to run it...so in the 45-55 range.
