" I think they will just cap conversion on 75%. Which means legacy one would be the best one. You will have option either drop 1 and have only 50% or run two and waste 25%. That would be pretty good solution - same as they did with curses, which are now capped at 75%. IGN: PojzonAbyss

Consuming Dark nerfed to 30%. Voltaxic Rift nerfed to 60%. Quite big nerfs.

with 2x consuming dark and infernal mantle u will still have 85% chaos convertion
its still more than enough to 1-shot everything |

run Arsenal map with one consuming dark (50% chaos instead of 60(?) after 2.3)
