Can't Change Ascendancy Class

Are you a scion?
If you are, you need to get a passive point forist, since one of the bonuses from the ascendancy is a passive point, it won't let you refund it without having a spare one. |

I believe respec'ing any point in the Ascendancy nodes cost 5 refund points. You appear to have only 2 there. Once you have respected all your points back and no points are spent, you can enter any difficulty mode labyrinth and the ascended room and click on change where you first picked your subclass.
