Decree of Fury + Insane attack speed = game crash

I started using Quil Rain to quickly build up frenzy charges with frenzy+gmp. But when I start attacking really fast (my attack time at 10 frenzy charges with Quil Rain is 0,12 seconds), on my Decree of Fury proc so many projectiles get released that my game freezes and crashes shortly after. It is consistent, happens every time.

Windows says program stopped working, no error.

Please fix, I need to use this combo!

EDIT: Apparently attack speed is not what is causing the problem. It is the weapon swap while Decree of fury proc is going off.

Also theres an exception:
"Trying to play an animation that doesnt exist or otherwise has an invalid index."
