How does Elemental Conflux Work when ignite and shock?

As title.

When A Elementalist with elemental conflux buff and ignite mob with her ＂all damages"
Her damage consist of 50% Phy and 25% cold and 25 lightning
So that the damage of burning should calculate based on the 100% damage or the highest damage type she has.

Also, is the shock duration based on 100% damage as well?

It applies elemental status ailments based on your total damage, no matter what type or element it is composed of (except for freeze which is not included).
