Scion Slayer Ascendency+Cast Speed

I noticed that my cast speed is not increased while leeching even though I have the Slayer ascendancy node. I know I am leeching not just because of the Slayer overkill leech but because Im also using warlord's mark as an aura.
Am I not understanding Slayer correctly? Is the tool-tip wrong? I noticed that I can't seem to summon more blades in blade vortex either... which I should if my cast speed is 15% greater while leeching.   Last bumped on Mar 30, 2016, 1:32:06 PM

Just picked up Trickster as well. Looks like that damage modifier works...

I have noticed this also, I am getting the attack speed while leeching not but the cast speed

Same here, the tool tip didn't change, and I didn't feel there were more blades

When I am playing the real Slayer class the Brutal Fervor node (30% damage, 5% attack speed while leeching) also works only sometimes ._.
Didn't notice it at first but after this post I checked and I can't reproduce it but it sure does suck considering it's a big noteable for whatever reason (the bonus is just so bad ._.). [2.2] The Vampire - Tanky 2H Axe Slayer Duelist - /view-thread/1611662

Same here. I changed my Scion's Ascendancy from Deadeye to Slayer because the Cast Speed while Leeching.

I spec'd out of Slayer on my Scion... oh well.
