[2.6] life Mjolner done right by Rico - Berserker version

Would we also need to put Inc accuracy on lightning strike? or the projectiles wont miss anyways?

1000 accuracy would be enough to be consistent with molten strike? :)

It will be less consistent than RT for sure. Old Jugg version had 1000 accuracy but also 60% increased accuracy from passive tree. Than there was +333 from romiras and I had +339 from a second ring. For a total of 3500+ accuracy rating. This was good enough for most content. Still RT is more reliable than that.

So test it for yourself, for me - I'm gonna stick with RT.

If you're doing it only for flask refill, better try Perpetual flasks + Magnate belt and leave that RT alone :)

The build doesn't seem to be very tanky tho, you dip REALLY low alot while doing the video.

I dipped low EXACTLY 2 times in the video. I wont call that "alot".

1) Vs enraged cyclonist when I was under RF, standing in the degen ground while he applied 8 corrupting blood stacks on me. After switching off RF and removing bleeding via life flask that didnt happen again.

2) Vs Atziris empowered Storm Call - I took 2 at the time while not having topaz flask ready and not leaching. That was an error but build survived that.

Other than that health didnt drop below 45-50% anywhere else.

Hi there

I've been thinking about juggernault and if its that good people talk, so I compared with inquisitor (non-crit)

Inquisitor

110% damage
49% attack speed
6% elemental resistances
5.0% life regenerated

imune to status
enemies cause 8% less elemental damage
less 16% enemies ele resist

Juggernault (9 endurance)

94% damage
60% armour

+1.5% life regenerated
+1 endurance charge
20% gain endurance charge
8% less ele damage
5% damage reduction
25% chance to max end charge

We will use in our tests:
1P = 1 power charge
1E = 1 endurance charge

Assumming you are fightning a single target, if you have a non ascendancy class, and assumming each charge have a damage factor of 1, we have, for example

spark - discharge - support gem (+40% damage)

in damage comparison, spark has a factor of ~1.496

so, single target hitting:

spark - discharge - spark - discharge - spark - discharge...
5P(MAX) - 5E+1P - 5P+5E - 1P+5E - 5P+5E - 1P+5E...
1.496 - 7 - 1.496 - 10 - 1.496 - 10...
The charges just count as damage factor when discharge trigger, so the average damage factor of this mess (x1.4 of support gem) is

= ~ 7.35

When you use this setup

discharge - empower - support gem (+40% damage)

we have:

discharge - discharge - discharge - discharge - discharge...
1 - 3 - 4 - 4 - 4...

average damage factor:

= ~ 6.53

The power difference between a pure discharge and spark-discharge is 12.56% for spark-discharge

When u go for 2 or more targets, pure discharge is better

(Just for note, empower lvl3 gives +41% base damage to discharge, and +16% base damage for spark, no frenzy considered)

So, these 12.56% more damage for single targets dont compensate, in my opinion, so i think pure discharge is better (Romira's no crit build).

The Juggernault + Scold's Bridle brings more complexity to the math, so i'll not post all i did here, but this combo gives a total of 42.5% more damage (pure discharge, single target).
The Inquisitor has great bonuses, like the 49% attack speed, and imunity to elemental status conditions.
I didn't test Bersek, but it's lifesteal and bonuses in damage are great too.

So, the battle is really close, but i still prefer my inquisitor.

Any mistakes pls tell me
And sorry for my poor english.
I dont have any experience with Templar based Mjolners so I cant comment on that really. Maybe others will have something to add to this.

What can say thou is that I have been theorycrafting Inquisitor based Mjolner for 2.4 and I didnt find him "worthy" ;)

Regarding lvl 4 Empower. In my current setup it gives less dmg than controlled destrucion.

I tried Rico's RT version and then switched to a Non-RT EO version with attacks on mana and additional accuracy on Molten strike.

O.M.G.

Full 4/4 discharge does around 30k tooltip damage and i can still sustain RF thanks to a little more life regen instead of +1% fire res for an astonishing 48-50k discharge dpu
Molten strike Chance to hit is around 92-93%, around the juggernaut levels, overall it's a good alternate option. Also, 14k arc damage

And now let's start the lvl 92 to 100 grind for moar life :D

My bad, i saw wrong numbers on Discharge Damage, still quite high tho

All screenshots are taken with every buff visible and with Discharge(21/20)-CD-Arc(19/4)

Arc Damage without RF:

Arc with RF:

Discharge without RF:

Discharge with RF:

TL;DR: Arc does 8.2k - 13.3k, Discharge 4/4 pow/end does 22.7k - 36.1k
