1) does reduced duration affect cooldown?

1. They're not even the same thing, so, no.

1. Vipermagi is right there. The duration in Convoaction is just for the Life Regeneration and it's base time of 2 seconds, therefore i would not recommend to use Less Duration Support there. Cooldown is not affected by support gems with the keyword Duration.
2. I think Vipermagi means "Yes. Cooldowns are global per-Skill.". Therefore multiple gems wouldn't change anything since they share the same cooldown of 8 seconds and if one gem is on cooldown the skill itself is and therefore all other convocation gems. |
