Hello everyone, this is a build I came up to test Ascendancy and see if Flicker was still viable. (without Oro's) Basically you hold down Flicker to clear trash, and use Cyclone if you run out of charges (bossing), both skills are free due to Trickster class. Note that it's intended for SC only. Summary The main attack is Flicker Strike, we use Frenzy charges (7 total) and Multistrike support gem to bypass the cooldown. Since Flicker is tagged as a movement skill it costs no mana to use, therefore as long as you kill something you will keep going. If you know a boss has no minions to kill for charges, use Cyclone instead to get the most out of them. We use Blasphemy + Assassin's Mark to generate Power charges. Blood Rage + Ice Bite generate frenzy charges constantly, Stone Golem is used to counter the Blood Rage degen effect while leveling. *Once you grab Vaal Pact, switch to Chaos or Ice Golem Evasion, Dodge, Spell Dodge, Vaal Pact and constant movement keep us alive. Kraityn vs Alira I grabbed +1 Frenzy from Kraityn over a Power Charge from Alira because the more charges you have the longer you can sustain Flicker. This is optional and you may get more DPS with Alira if you have more Crit Multi. Gearing Although I list a lot of uniques, you can start out with rares. Focus on getting a 5L rare chest first. Tooltip DPS From what I can gather Flicker Strike tooltip is based per hit, so your total dps is tooltip * attacks per second. That means my 19k tooltip = 170k. Gems & Links

" I have not actually grabbed Vaal Pact yet, however you can simply switch to Chaos Golem for phys reduction or Ice Golem for more damage. You leech phys using labyrinth enchant on boots, Daresso's Defiance, and Doryani's Invitation. |
