2.2 Trypanon Juggernaut CoC build. (Videos)
Actually, even for this build that amulet is terrible.
Accuracy and culling is nice enough but the point of the build is that you're constantly critting with a very weak melee attack and the actual damage comes from the spells. With no investment in crit (and the amulet working directly against crit chance too) those spells won't crit and, with the amulet, anything that doesn't crit does awful damage. At low level with this amulet you're still getting a reasonable percentage of your damage from the actual cyclone melee which, always critting, and gets the nice boost to multi. Later on the amulet just holds you back. Question: Is there a neat way to get Fortify up on this build without a 6-link? Leap Slam is too slow to use getting into combat like you might on a normal Cyclone build, it's really just for crossing gaps. I tried Vengeance-Fortify but that doesn't trigger. Any other ideas? " Tested a bit this build to with a lot of changes can say this build its awesome, reached lvl70 so easy but now the real problem starts for the end game build Can get crit+multi from the tree for a end game like: Arcane Potency (templar) + Annihilation (witch) For a 6l not really recommend fortify its very useless and can get the buff easy with 2 Brightbeak on off-hands to leap faster (move) (0.37 attack time) Need to test a lot of stuffs to see how good its on end game and then probably if u guys still want such build can make a release in some days IGN=Cocotheone

I am also currently running a trypanon coc build but mine is a pathfinder with master surgeon... I feel this build is crazy good... I use bladefall, blade vortex, and either ek with added fire or discharge with pcoc... I have perma uptime on zerphis last breath with insane healing running fevered mind with it... I will be making a build as soon as I can get to end game with it and iron out the details... Thinking scolds bridle late game for the spell damage and extra damage

OP abandoned build? Stalked profile, looks like he moved on.
I am enjoying the tankyness of the build thus far. Path of Flask - part of the value is that you run all surgeon's flasks and just r-click + flask flask flask. With enough mob density you can have your Quicksilver always up. Quicksilver + short move cyclone bypasses that attack speed penalty somewhat. I am thinking of running warlords mark as a second curse via vengeanceCoC and CWDT for consistent up time of end charges and a bit of extra leech tankyness. |
