[2.2] WIP, "Righteous Alchemist" - Hybrid RF Flasker, MoM, EB, AD

This is "Work in progress build" so it is still tested and being made. I will update new stuff when I will have it ^^

Build utilisies high recovery rate from the flask to run righteous fire almost without regen and with just small help of fire res. It should be quite cheap but also a bit problematic while gearing up, since you need to always balance out how much ES and Life you have with your regen. In normal RF builds your regen is linked to your life pool, but since this works on separate mechanic, you need to do it manually xD

But since you don't need to focus on regen and fire res you can get lot's of different things...

Pros:
- High evasion, physical mitigation and spell block
- Very high dmg from blade vortex (criticals, RF, tree increases, pernament Poison on hit)
- High situational regen
- "Immune" to "no regen" maps, since you don't "regenerate" it but "recover"
- High resistance to elemental statuses

Cons:
- You must avoid additional sources of healing: alies vitality auras, poacher or warlord's mark.
- Thorns might be problematic
- Just 50% stun immunity

Playstyle

Just spam some Blades around you, cast RF and drink first flask. After that whirl around recasting your blades when they drop, drink another flask from time to time and cast enduring cry when needed. If you take heavy hit, drink flask with burning cancelation and recast RF when healed. Remember that flask actually queue so you don't need to bother too much with this 8 sec duration. Just don't "overheal" yourself xD

- MoM and EB keystones to rise defence

- Arrow dancing to rise evasion
- Master herbalist and master fletcher to rise dmg, get some chaos res and pernament poison on hit
- Reckless Defence jewels for spell block

Charge management


"Nature's Boon" gives us "Flasks gain a Charge every 3 seconds" (0,33 charge / sec). Since "(...)Partial fraction charges are stored but not displayed in game(...)" (page about the flasks on wiki) and there are bonuses "increased Flask Charges gained" which we can find on the tree and some belts like Magnate. We aim to get 90% increse. This makes us gain not 1 but 1,9 charge per sec.

Let's use 2 Hallowed flasks here, with 8 sec duration and 3 uses each:

0,33 charge/sec x 8sec x 3 x 2 x (100% + 90%) = 30,096

Since hallowed flasks uses 10 charges per use and store 30 charges we never run out of charges, even while idle - it basically means pernament flask healing.

Rising regen

Now we rise our flask healing by 210% to get 775 life regen:
- "Sapping" prefix on flasks gives us 40% increased life recovered
- from the tree we can get another 70%
- bloodgrip gives another 100%

Regen-degen Balancing

Flask stops working when you reach 100% life. That's mean that to make it work nicely with RF you to balance your life degen, fire res and flask bonuses to make it always sap a bit of your life. To balace it even after it drops to much, we use Enduring cry which heals us a bit and gives enduring charges.
