Contagion not spreading Essence Drain debuff

When Essence Drain's on-hit damage kills a monster, contagion does not spread the Essence Drain debuff. Contagion's debuff is still spread. If the degeneration debuffs kill a monster, both Contagion's and Essence Drain's debuffs will be spread.

The first time I encountered this bug was today or yesterday. It became very noticeable today because I was over-leveled doing full clears in Act 2 Normal for one of the challenges. In the past, if Essence Drain's on-hit damage killed a monster, Contagion would spread both debuffs.
