Enchanting a unique item = requires ilvl 75 to get the 'Commandment' modifier?

The enchantments listed on this page show that the 'Commandment' modifiers require an item level of 75 or higher. Sounds like it... but I wouldn't trust 5th hand information. Wiki has been known to get things horribly wrong before.

That is incorrect. I have never had any of the tier 3 enchantments and I have run lab about 30+ times.
The gear I am enchanting is level 79. |

I am pretty sure it means that you have to put the enchantment with the level 75 laberinth. We dont know how to get in it yet.

That would make a lot of sense. I only get the 66-68 enchants from the 68 level lab in merc, but the wiki lists level 75 enchants I have not seen. Any ideas on how to get to this area?

With ilvl < 75 did about 20 runs and got only 66 max.
