Is there a way to reset instances of Launaris Temple level 3?

Ctrl-click the entrance or waypoint to an area to create a new instance. :)

And how can i restart all instances? I tried restarting warden, but i cuoldn't using this method :(

wardens chamber is part of Upper prison area, so you need to reset Upper prison. This makes perfect sense because boss farming would became trivial with ability to reset Boss area only. Every boss chamber in Poe is part of some outside area

" The Warden's Quaters, lets say it's already counted as a boss room so it isn't resetable. You have to restart The Upper Prison to get a new wardens. But this i did! I havereseted the upper prison area, but warden was still inacvtive. I have played with my friend who failed to kill warden and couldn't proceed further. So he tried to reset the whole area, the upper prison, so he would be granted second chance, but nothing worked. The only solution was to wait for it to reset automaticly. Is there other way?
