I wanted to contribute my Endurance Charges to groups is the 4 pts spent on +AOE radius passives a must have? Or do they just have to stand near me when I use the enduring Cry to gain the Endurance Charges?

Apparently the radius granted is pretty large (120) which is the distance you target a mob w/arrow.
