"25, lol. Remember there are "+1gems +2specific_gems" items where it can reach 21+1+2+4*2=32. Or Atziri's axe. In which case it will be 21+5*2=31. And worst change is putting almost all bosses in new version of maps into fucking small areas, where you can't kite well or dodge stuff. What a terrible idiot invented that I want say to him: dude flick you, seriously flick you very much.

doable on a condition that you can only use gems lvl 5 or higher, or you can't double gems of lvl 4 or lower.

" Would need to be level 7 or higher, don't forget you have to account for all circumstances. Atziri axe brings level 4 empower to level 6. Even without the axe you can get level 5 empowers with level 4 in a +1. What if it also added a mana multiplier as well so you'd have to sacrifice alot of flask chugging & mana/life regen to make use of it? And maybe some support gems just will not work with it.
