There's plenty enough 6Ls on Talisman. People underestimate just how much you can do in 3 months. Only reason I don't have a 6L is because my build actually proved to have almost zero real use for a sixth linked socket, and I had plenty other things to spend the 10-15ex on.

It is as you said, not everyone has a 6 link. What makes you think those 2 specific posters managed to get the currency or fusings required for a 6 link (Talisman and HC Talisman chest respectively)?

I can tell you I have no 6 link for my characters in Talisman and HC Talisman league.

As to be honest, 6L'ing a CoF would be a waste of fusings. Any build using it would be better served with a variety of other options once you get to the late/endgame.

Its alredy BiS for life based noncrit ignite build.

Maybe on softcore. I doubt many hardcore players would be using Cloak at endgame, even in an ignite build. You're just sacrificing so much defense by using it, even with the physical conversion.

Did you even look at the posters posting the Cloak of Flames? Are you not aware that one of them is playing HC Talisman?

I have a lvlv 91 firetrapper from invasion =). What defense do u sacrifice ? 300 hp? some worthless armor? around 70 resistance?

I said "many players" not "any players". How many of the top 1000 ladder do you think are wearing Cloak of Flame?

Armor and evasion is not worthless, and life rolls are naturally very valuable. The chest piece is the strongest defensive slot you have available.

2k extra armor from chest is not even close to 17.5% reduced phys dmg from cloak. Armor is wothless without serios investment. 300-350 extra life from high rolled chest is debatable.
