Update for Players who can't run Path of Exile

Yesterday we deployed an update that includes the Visual Studio 2015 Redistributable (files that are needed in order for us to use the last five years of compiler improvements). This update worked perfectly for more than 99% of players, but a few people are having lingering issues running the game after the update. We believe we have a solution that will fix it for everyone.
