About: A dual wield Flicker strike build with 7 frenzy charges and 5 power charges The build revolves around having a hybrid life and energy shield pool, and the ES acting like a constantly regenerating damage sponge. The objective is to have around 4.3k life and 2.1k ES. Bino's is used for its massive regen properties and is used with Zealot's Oath to apply the regen to ES. Killing enemies will see the ES replenish constantly. At the same time, any life leech is applied directly to the health so health is maintained at full at all times. This allows the use of the melee damage on full life gem. This build relies heavily on the Bino's Kitchen Knife and the new chest, Geofri's Sanctuary:

 The Sanctuary gives Zealot's Oath so traversing towards the right side of the tree isn't necessary. We have the freedom to travel through to the Ranger and Duelist sectors, picking up strong crit and life as well all the frenzy charges on the tree. Ascendancy subclass:  Proposed 113 point tree Current testing equipment: Current testing tree: 2.1 tree 114 points Notes: The build hinges on the Geofri's Sanctuary chest becoming readily available. Otherwise, the build will move into a different direction entirely, maybe dropping flicker strike (no extra frenzy from ranger/duelist) So many strikes within one breath.

" Mana management has never been a problem for flicker builds. Getting another aura is nice but that's all. Swift killer adds 10% to frenzy generation, and this turns blood rage from 1/4 chance to 1/3, foregoing the need for poachers mark or blooddance boots. So many strikes within one breath.

The life regeneration stat on Bino's Kitchen Knife has been changed to a flat value of 200 life regenerated per second.
