 I dont know for you but skill tree will keep me busy for a while while waiting for the patch note -how many hours do you think you'll spend on the skill tree planning your ascendancy build? -Are you hyped to see the tree and play with it? -Have you made rough version of your build on the old tree and planned to just transfer it or waited for the tree to work it all from the raw material

I planned my trees before 2.0 and 2.1, but I doubt I really will this time around. Probably just gonna glance over the changes briefly and see if anything new/different is worth going for.
I mean, in 2.0 there were jewels to plan around, in 2.1 there were significant chaos/DoT/poison changes to plan around (and my first build was a non-abusive poison-based melee character), but in this patch i don't think there's gonna be anything mechanically significant to know in advance for the regular tree, so I don't really think there's much point in planning things out. My priorities are going to be pretty straightforward this time around: get the trap/mine wheel and some other nearby trap damage and cooldown, cold damage and penetration, and area damage and radius.
