Armor movement speed penalty

Does the penalty to movement speed only apply to gear pieces that has armor? Pure ES/ER gear has no penalty?

Pure strength body armors have -8 mspd.
Other body armors have -4 mspd. (A few specific high level base armors have no movespeed penalty.) Pure strength shields have -6 mspd. Other shields have -3 mspd. |

" Don't quote me on this. But I think the only pieces that affect your movement speed is shield, chest and maybe boots. And whether it is armour based, evasion based or ES based determines the individual increments of speed decrease. You will never see a man faking anger, passion and relentless behavior. I got a -14 move speed w/ strength gear w/o my boots that boost movement 25%.

Chest armor, no matter which type equipped, will always give -4% movespeed. Even ES only gear.
Chest armor is the only one that does this, though. |
