Pendulum of Destruction Elementalist´s passive

Hello guys, not sure if this is right place to be posted so sorry if it should be somewhere else.

anyway..

The passive does: "Every 10 seconds, gain 100% increased Elemental Damage for 4 seconds", I´m wondering what happens if you have like increased duration corrupted on belt and aswell these increased duration clusters in tree, Will it affect both cooldown and effect or only effect or not at all? Anyone knows?

It's not a skill, so it probably won't be affected at all.

Chieftains %8 totem life as fire on hit can be increased with ele+fire nodes. So, it is possible. GGG members can give the true answer.

The bonus seems to bear the most similarity with Rampage league bonuses, which means it won't be possible to influence it in any way.

Nah, wouldn't be a pendulum then. I imagine we won't pay much attention to it most of the time, so that's a 100% buff for 4 seconds out of 10 which is 40% inc damage on average. Not exactly stellar, yes, but if you get into a nice kiting rhythm with the boss you might use the bonus more efficiently or trigger vaal skills during it, time your flameblast to cause a stronger ignite...

Or just forget about it, it's a mid-way notable anyway, most of those are kinda meh.
