Also Meginords Girdle is much better than your new belt.

Also any white broadhead quiver with a transmutation orb and a bit of alteration spamming for hit point (or alch with a few chaos) would give you a better quiver.

Bow
Harbinger with high physical dps (330+) with crit chance and attack speed. Make sure to use blessing orbs for 50% implicit crit chance.
Quiver
0 resists in this slot. Use a Spike-Point Quiver with Crit chance, Crit multiplier, high life and Weapon elemental Damage (WED). Room for attack speed enchant is also nice (you can enchant crit chance as well).
Chest
Rare Evasion chest with 1+k Evasion, High life and high triple Resist
Head
Rat's Nest (try to get one with close to 75% crit chance)
Boots
Rare. Get 30% movement speed, high life and triple res (possibly 1 resist needs to be enchanted)
Gloves
Maligaro's Virtuosity (try to get 36% crit multiplier)
Amulet
Pure dps item. No resistances at all. Get high flat physical damage, critical multiplier, critical chance. Also high WED and HP is nice. Elreon Life enchant is okay in this item slot. For an amulet DPS is mainly of importance. This slot is also good for gaining STR and INT for gem requirement.
Belt
Rare Rustic (or Leather) with high HP, triple res and room for WED or High HP, double RES, WED and room for last resist.
Rings
Diamond Base - Flat phys, WED, Life, Accuracy - Also if you need it INT / STR / All attributes / Resist / All resist.
Jewels
Attributes / Lightning if you need it. Besides that DPS stats such as attack speed for Bow, physical damage, physical dmg with bow and so on. Also increased maximum life is also good.

Try to aim for this item setup.
To begin with it is perfectly alright to have more defensive stats on rings.
