Blink Arrow & Mirror Arrow Rework

Wanders don't have any efficient means of movement skills. Melee have Leap Slam, Daggers/Claws/Sword have Whirling Blades & Spells have Lightning Warp. Can both of these Skill Gems be renamed and tweaked so that it can also be used with Wands. To fix the names rename them to Blink Bolt & Mirror Bolt.

Flame dash and lightning warp are just fine for the job.


WB is just way too fast and will be nerfed.
Leap Slam while usable is no match for wb but can bypass cliffs.
Blink Arrow is way to good too, an increase to the cd would work wonders.
